user 3078208 Baton Rouge, LA Post #: 312	I am a Mongan Method girl. It worked for me, when I was induced, couldn't get off of my left side. All said it was like I'd had an epidural. I was like one of those women in the videos!! It really works if you practice. Plus, I am now very good at meditating. Amy
