Introduction

I delivered unmedicated for my first child at a hospital and I'm interested in finding out more about home births or birthing centers in my area.

What is your interest in natural birth? (Are you interested in having a natural birth, meeting other people who have had a natural birth, working with natural birthers?) Are you looking for hospital-alternative resources?

I've already delivered unmedicated and want to meet others like me and find out more about non-hospital options.

Any suggestions to boost the immune system during pregnancy?
"how about taking VitD supplements? I take 3000iu's a day to keep the bugs away. My three year old gets 1000iu's in addition to what her regular vitamins have in them."
