I wanted to meet some like-minded moms.
My son, Micah, was born in a hospital with pitocin, epidural, efm, etc. It was horrible. I hated every minute of it, but I felt like I had no other alternative. My daughter, Elizabeth was born at home, unassisted. The difference was night and day.

"I'm tentatively changing this to a yes. I really think I can make this."
"My cousin finally called me back and read the bit about methylpredinsolone to me. It is pregancny category C and lactation category L2. So, there ya have it if anyone else was wondering."
"I'm so happy for you, Allison!!! Yay yay yay!!!!"
"Once again, I have a pretty bad case of strep. The doc wants to put me on some steroids and I can't seem to find too much about they're effect on milk on the net...."
"Elizabeth is 11 months old and eats solids here and there when she acts like she wants something that we have. We don't do baby food, we just give her whatever is soft at the table and let her gnaw on it...."
"This might be a stupid question, but if you're having an induction that just doesn't take and you're about to get labeled as failure to progress and get a c-section, why couldn't they just take you off the pitocin and send you home and say "We'll try..."
"I really want to try!"
"Congratulations!! I will definitely be praying for you!"
"I am so excited and looking forward to seeing everybody!"
"Just thought I'd put that out there!"
