Now that I have become pregnant, I would like to be able to ask some advice and share experiences with others.
meeting others who have had a natural birth and having one myself
I am due with a little boy on 9/24/10. I am planning a natural VBAC with Dr. Dickerson at Women's.
A supportive group of women who are passionate about childbirth. It's been a great resource, and I've really enjoyed becoming more active as my pregnancy has progressed.

"I think that making the necklaces with bfing information is a great idea! I wish I could offer my house for the meetup, but it's a disaster zone these days between me working, watching Savannah and being so tired from the pregnancy...."
"Amy - thanks for the detailed input about the format of my plans. I had never thought about keeping both and using them for different people/places. I think that's a good idea...."
"Ok, I am working on my birth plan, and I have two formats that I'm trying hard to decide between...."
"I have not even birthed my second child yet (31.5 weeks along), and I am already sad knowing that this will most likely be my last pregnancy, birth, and child. My husband is VERY adamant about us being done...."
"You may be surprised by what he can and can't "handle." Savannah (3.5) walked in while I was watching a LNB member's water birth. She walked in during transition when things were getting a little tough for the mom...."
"Angela - you beat me to it! I was also going to suggest doing something like this. You could get a lot more detail and could do a lot more analysis...."
"Thank you Amy. This is exactly why I am comfortable in this group now. Because I now feel like my decision to have a natural VBAC in a hospital is supported and not looked down upon (by most of the women on here)...."
"It was nice to meet you today. I hope that you have a wonderful and peaceful birth!! I can't wait to hear/read your birth story. :-)"
