Introduction
I am 20 weeks pregnant. I am from Baton Rouge, but after living in Dallas for 9 years, have found myself living temporarily in Baton Rouge again. I am feeling frustrated about the natural birthing options here and would love some resources!
What is your interest in natural birth? (Are you interested in having a natural birth, meeting other people who have had a natural birth, working with natural birthers?) Are you looking for hospital-alternative resources?
I am currently seeing a doctor at Woman's but really don't want to have a hospital birth. I am considering a home birth or birthing center. I definitely want to use a doula.
Are you expecting now? Have you already had a natural birth experience that you wish to share? Are you a birth professional looking to network?

Several years ago, I spent over a year on the candida diet......absolutely no sugar, very low carb, ect. I pretty much wasted away to nothing trying to "battle" yeast...."

"Anyone have any info on safety of using gentian violet DURING pregnancy vs. monistat or diflucan? My dr. seemed fine with it, but I want to be sure. NOT wanting to take diflucan while pregnant (or really at all!)."
