Across all cultures women have looked to other women for information and encouragement during pregnancy and birth. Exceptional Birthing, facilitated by Birth Help doulas offers a place where women share and explore philosophies and techniques supporting nautal childbirth. We discuss physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of birthing along with resources for achieving birth goals. We welcome women who have had or attempted natual childbirth as well as pregnanant women interested in childbirth and nursing.
